The majority of Woodhaven-Brownstown third-graders did slightly better on the third-grade math M-Step test in 2022-2023 than 2021-2022. Districtwide, 49.1% of students scored at or above proficiency, compared with 42.9% statewide. The district’s highest proficiency percentage was 54.4% in 2017-2018 while its’ lowest proficiency percentage was 43.6% in 2020-2021.
In 2022-2023, students at Yake Elementary School did best overall with 69.3% proficiency.
