Today I am going to go over the Brighton Area Schools social media, whether that is community based, district, school pages and so on. I want to see how they “rank” in quality of a social media page.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to embed the Facebook page in here but this is a screenshot of a community Facebook Page for the Brighton Schools. I think this is a good Facebook page because of how the community is able to interact on the page and upload their own post. This page is update semi-frequently.
This is Brighton Area Schools X (Twitter) account. This is a good X account, it is updated regularly and keeps followers updated on important information. I don’t think they are lame based on information that they post but I don’t think this posses anything really that would appeal to current students.
This is Brighton Area Schools Instagram account. It seems to be updated pretty regularly, at least a couple times a week. I think it is pretty lame, I think that because there is no school specific post that gets people to interact with their page.
This is Brighton High School’s varsity cheer team’s Instagram page. When the sport is in season it is updated frequently, but since the sport is out of season there has been no posts since the middle of March. I think this Instagram page is really good, they show posts of the cheer team competing, some behind the scenes and how to buy tickets.
