A majority of the elementary schools within the district exhibit lower scores in contrast to the state average. Nevertheless, Jefferson Elementary stands out as an exception, having surpassed or matched the state’s performance in six of the past eight years. Notably, within the entire state, only two elementary schools have consistently maintained higher average scores than the state over the last eight years.
