Is the teaching profession declining?

A recent Forbes article is questioning whether or not we will have Educators in the future. The profession has been declining recently due to difficulties within the industry. Many teachers have been facing toxic environments within the schools and are feeling under-appreciated.

Many people have chosen this field because they want to make a positive impact in the younger generations. Unfortunately, there are not many educators who are encouraging others to consider the field for the following reasons:

  • stress
  • decreasing resources
  • pay
  • burnout
